Development Manager

Toscane joined NCLEJ in October 2023 as Development Manager. Before this, she spent two years in Dhaka, Bangladesh, as the Institutional Partnership and Fundraising Manager for LP4Y, an organization committed to empowering excluded young adults and accompanying them toward social and professional inclusion.

Toscane holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from McGill University, where she actively engaged with humanitarian efforts within the Canadian Red Cross and campus advocacy groups.
