Ciara Malone

Staff Attorney

Ciara Malone joined NCLEJ in September 2025 as a staff attorney with a focus on Public Benefits. Ciara has been a civil rights litigator for nearly a decade, advocating for issues such gun violence prevention, environmental justice, advancing democracy and constitutional protections.

Ciara graduated with a juris doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
