Autumn joined NCLEJ in August 2026. She is from East Harlem, where she spent four years as a Junior Scholar in the Schomburg Junior Scholars Program, an experience she credits as one of the formative chapters of her life. She went on to study Sociology at Emmanuel College in Boston, where she received the R.I.S.E. Full-Tuition Merit Scholarship.
After graduating, Autumn spent nearly a decade teaching and coordinating programs for young people across the United States, South Korea, Spain, and Italy, developing a deep commitment to culturally responsive education and the communities she served along the way. Most recently she worked as a Quality Review Specialist with the Duolingo English Test team, where she managed a global caseload and supported institutional operations across more than 50 countries.
Autumn is passionate about racial and economic justice and is proud to bring her experience and her East Harlem roots to the NCLEJ team.
