Sara Lunden
Staff Attorney
Sara joined NCLEJ as a Columbia Law School Public Interest Fellow in September 2022. Previously, she was a summer intern with NCLEJ. And during law school, she worked in various of areas of civil litigation including disability rights with the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic, and housing rights with Mobilization for Justice. Prior to law school she worked as an advocate for New Yorkers who had trouble with their health insurance with the Community Service Society of New York.
Sara graduated from Cardozo Law School, where she was the Executive Editor of Cardozo Law Review. She received her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Spanish from Johns Hopkins University, and her Master’s in Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health.
