Jordan Berger

Staff Attorney

Jordan joined NCLEJ as a Skadden Fellow in October 2020.

She participated in the NYS Office of Attorney General Social Justice Externship where she worked in the Civil Rights Bureau and the Regulatory Policy Clinic. During her law school summers, Jordan worked at the ACLU Disability Rights Program and Sanford Heisler Sharp.

She is a graduate of NYU School of Law, where she was a Root Tilden Kern Scholar and served as the Senior Online Editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review and Co-Chair of the Disability Allied Law Students Association. She received her undergraduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
